Office Administrator/Receptionist

Start date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive salary and dependent on candidate experience and qualifications

We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator/Receptionist to support our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This is a varied role suited to someone with excellent IT skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organised, and is confident communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties, including answering calls and greeting clients
  • Managing new client procedures, including AML checks and onboarding
  • Preparing and issuing engagement letters
  • Managing aspects of sales ledger operations, including cash allocation and reconciliations
  • Drafting and sending monthly bank letters
  • Supporting the team with a range of general administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous office experience is essential
  • Excellent IT skills is a must, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident and professional when speaking with clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in improving and streamlining processes
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
